Video: Words: In this funny TED Talk, I've learned three new words: Thesis (n.)  論文 a long piece of writing on a particular subject, especially one that is done for a higher college or university degree Perplex (v.) 使困惑 to confuse and worry someone slightly by being difficult to understand or solve dormant (adj.)  休眠的 Something that is dormant is not active or growing but has the ability to be active at a later time. Summarize of the talk The speaker is an blogger, talking about procrastinate. He share a story when he is in college, which he is procrastinate at doing things. Then he use drawing to showed our brain has an "Instant Gratification Monkey", will interrupted the mind, let you doing unnecessary things, and reduce your  efficient .

Video: In this motivated speech, I've learned 5 new words: Decimal 小數 a number expressed using a system of counting based on the number ten Parallelogram Parallelogram  平行四邊形 a flat shape that has four sides. The two sets of opposite sides are parallel and of equal length to each other. Rookie  新手；菜鳥 a person who is new to an organization or an activity Grit   勇氣，毅力 courage  and  determination   despite   difficulty Ethic   行爲準則； 道德規 範 a  system  of  accepted   beliefs  that  control   behaviour ,  especially  such a  system   based  on  morals Introduce the talk: The speaker, a psychologist, was a teacher in school. After the rich experience in education, she discover "Grid" is the most important thing to success. Which can be found in failure and start over after the learned lessons.
